You can arrange and size the items on the canvas in any way that makes sense to you and even customize the background.

You can set the hirarchy according to your organization of the colleciton. But the signe items in showcase items and put the showcase items in room-items.

With a defined category, where you can define the parameters of the category yourself in the integrated Category editor - just add the parameters that are important to you like e.g. Brand, basde material, condition etc.

With the category assigned to the respective items you can easily search within and create statistics for your collection.

It also help if you want to build your collection fast with the support of the connected AI services. If you set your custom category as basis for the AI, it will try to fill all fields of your category based on the inage or images you take for the inventory item.

At any time, you can create labels with or without QR codes. If you label e.g. a box or binder with such a QR code label, you can simply scan it later and immediately see its content on the canvas you filled with items.

And you can share a snapshot of any canvas with anyone any time.
